Experience

I grew up in Boulder, a small town midway between Butte and Helena. Although I was a “townie,” the country is in my blood. We kept horses in Boulder Valley, where my sister and I spent a lot of time and always participated in the Jefferson County rodeo parade. I never missed entering stained-glass projects in the Jefferson County fair.

As I grew older, the back country roads called clearly, so I rode bikes and then motorcycles outside the town’s borders. I cemented my country roots by marrying a cowboy who worked on local ranches and for a rodeo stock contractor.

In 2015 I joined AgWest Farm Credit to help people realize their dreams of the country life.

Education

I graduated from Carroll College in Helena with a degree in accounting and business administration. During summers and after school, I researched land and property titles for the Jefferson County Clerk and Recorder.
The next 19 years went by in a blur as I examined and researched titles on some of the largest ranch properties in the state.

Hobbies/Interests

Outside of working hours, you can find me participating in races that promote good causes – such as Race for the Cure and the Headwaters Trail System – around rural Montana. Or I’ll be spending time with my family, enjoying the sights of Montana during weekend journeys.
